Step 2. Click on “Digital ID Cards”
Step 3. To import card data, click on “Import CSV” under “Add Cards”
Step 4. Click on “Upload CSV/TSV” button below and choose an appropriate file from your computer.
What to Include in your file:
Custom Card ID: A unique ID used to identify each card record in the system. This data won’t be displayed on the card.
Unique Identifier: A unique ID to verify app user identity before creating a card. For example, email address or ID number. This data won’t be displayed on the card.
Authorization: Additional security question(s) to verify app user identity before creating a card. For example, phone number or the last four digits of social security number. This data won’t be displayed on the card.
Card Data: Name, Title, Email Address, etc. You can add any data you’d like to be displayed on the card. Just make sure that the fields you want to be displayed on the card are added to the Card Template before importing card data. To import ID photos, please include photo URLs or file names to your file.”
Step 5. Map the columns from the data file to the card fields (refer to card template) and Click on “Import Card Data” to finalize your data import.
Note: Check the box “Skip the first row when importing the Card Data File” if the first row in your file is made up of column headers (Custom Card ID, Name, Title, etc.).
