ID123 is committed to accessibility. It is a priority of ours to make sure that the software we develop complies with ADA standards. Our team regularly works to ensure that when we add new content to the website or develop features to our software it is evaluated for compliance.
Our web-based application software and mobile app have been designed so that the content is accessible to a wide range of people with disabilities such as blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photo-sensitivity, and combinations of these.
We are focused on the continuous improvement of our software. We will keep adding additional accessibility features as the product evolves and as interpretations of accessibility guidelines change. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best user experience possible by making sure that our customers and their customers have the required accessibility to the features we offer.
ID123 is documenting the accessibility status of each product using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) to represent the degree of conformance to various accessibility standards and guidelines, including Section 508, WCAG 1.0, and WCAG 2.0.
