What is a First Responder ID Card?

With the digital Responder ID Card, up to 16 card fields can be customized to display each first responder’s completed training and certification programs, serving as verification from the first responder organization that training or certification is completed. As first responders complete additional certifications, admins from the organization can update first responders’ digital cards without having to issue new credentials.

Manage Digital First Responder ID Cards from Anywhere

Administrators from first responder organizations can send card invitations via email individually or to a group in bulk. Once a first responder receives the card invitation email, they can easily install and store their digital ID cards within the Responder ID App. After installation, administrators can remotely activate, deactivate, and update card information from anywhere using the cloud-based ID Management System (IDMS).
