All “Standard” plan features are included in the free trial (limited to 10 email invites a day).

If you don’t see a plan that fits my institution’s needs, contact our sales team at sales@id123.io or ask about our Enterprise Plans.

You can upgrade your plan at any time by adding your credit card and selecting your desired plan from your IDMS account. You will be billed for your upgraded plan at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you don’t have a credit card, please review the accepted payment methods and contact us to process your payment and upgrade your plan.

There are no included card records within each plan with the exception of the “Starter” plan which includes 50 card records.

If you purchase a yearly plan, the per-card price is discounted based on the number of cards you select during the initial purchase. This discounted rate applies to the cards purchased upfront for the entire yearly cycle.

However, if you need to purchase additional cards during your yearly cycle:

– The additional cards will be charged at a pro-rated price based on the monthly (non-disounted) per-card price.

– An invoice for these additional cards will be generated at the beginning of your next monthly billing cycle.

When your yearly plan renews for the next cycle:

– The additional cards purchased during the year will be added to your total card count.

– All cards, including the additional ones, will now be billed at the discounted per-card rate for the new annual plan.

We recommend purchasing the number of cards you expect to need during the initial yearly payment to maximize your savings with the discounted per-card rate.

You will be charged for all card records (including those that are inactive, uninstalled, or expired) during the next billing cycle whether card records are used or unused, with the exception of archived card records.

No, archived card records do not count toward your card record count.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).  You can add your credit card information on the Billing Summary page of your IDMS account.

Wire Transfers
If you are sending an international wire, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for any fees and currency conversions.

Checks
We currently accept checks from US and Indian banks only. All other countries must send a wire or pay a check processing fee.
