You can upgrade your plan at any time by adding your credit card and selecting your desired plan from your IDMS account. You will be billed for your upgraded plan at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you don’t have a credit card, please review the accepted payment methods and contact us to process your payment and upgrade your plan.

There are no included card records within each plan with the exception of the “Starter” plan which includes 50 card records.

Yes, you can add additional card records to your current plan at any time by adding your credit card and selecting the number of additional card records you would like to add. You will be billed for your additional card records at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you don’t have a credit card, please review the accepted payment methods and contact us to process your payment and add your additional card records.

You will be charged for all card records (including those that are inactive, uninstalled, or expired) during the next billing cycle whether card records are used or unused, with the exception of archived card records.

No, archived card records do not count toward your card record count.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).  You can add your credit card information on the Billing Summary page of your IDMS account.

Wire Transfers
If you are sending an international wire, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for any fees and currency conversions.

Checks
We currently accept checks from US and Indian banks only. All other countries must send a wire or pay a check processing fee.
