How can I upgrade from a Basic plan to one of the Premium plans?
You can upgrade by adding your credit card and selecting a Premium plan. If you don’t have a credit card, please review the accepted payment methods below and contact us to process your payment.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept wire transfers. We currently accept checks from the US and India banks only.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can add your credit card information on the billing page of your admin account.
Can I mail a check?
We currently accept checks from the US and India banks only. All other countries must send a wire or pay a check processing fee.
Can I send a wire transfer?
Yes. We accept both domestic and international wire transfers. If you are sending an international wire, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for any fees and currency conversions.
Can I pay for cards individually instead of buying a plan?
No, you cannot pay for cards individually. You have to purchase one of the annual plans with a minimum package of cards. You can buy additional cards at your plan’s per card rate at any time. These cards will be prorated for the remainder of your annual plan.
What if our institution only accepts invoices by mail?
There is an additional fee if you need a physical copy of the invoice mailed to your office. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
What if none of the Premium plans fit my needs?
You can buy additional cards with any plan at its per card rate to reach the number of cards you need.
Can I add more cards to my plan?
Yes, you can add more cards to your plan at the plan’s per card rate. Additional cards purchased will be prorated for the remainder of your current annual plan.
What is the cost for more than 1,000 cards?

Do you have annual or month-to-month pricing?
All plans are billed annually. Certain add-on features like text messaging are charged each month. You can not pay for cards month-to-month.
What happens if I need fewer cards than I have in my current plan?
Unused cards do not roll over to the next year. If you need fewer cards next year, you can downgrade your plan in the next annual billing cycle.
How much will my plan cost next year?
You will be given the option to stay with your current plan at the same price, downgrade or upgrade to a new plan.
How much does it cost to create a custom ID card app for my institution?
