Service Rates

ID123 provides Professional Services as well as additional integration services, training, auditing, assessments, consulting, testing, and support which go beyond the basic included support offering and require significant time and resources. Unless explicitly included in a Plan, these fees apply. All additional fees will be communicated to and agreed upon by the Client before their provision and may be subject to certain minimums. Such fees and minimums may be published online here and updated from time to time for the Client’s convenience.
