This is especially useful for institutions managing multiple card types with similar designs. Follow the steps below to duplicate a digital ID card template with ease.
Step 1: Access the Card Templates Page
Log in to your ID Management System admin account and navigate to the 'Card Templates' section. Locate the template you wish to duplicate. In the 'More' column, click on the three dots (•••) to open additional options for that template.
Step 2: Choose the Duplicate Template Option
From the dropdown menu, click "Duplicate Template". This action will begin the process of creating a new template based on the existing design and settings.
Step 3: Select Account and Rename the Template
You will now be prompted to:
- Select the account name where the duplicate template will be created.
- Enter a new template name to distinguish it from the original.
- Once completed, click the 'Copy' button to generate the duplicate card template.
Step 4: Confirmation of Template Duplication
A success message will appear at the top of your screen confirming that the digital ID card template was successfully duplicated. You can now customize the duplicated template as needed.
