Step 1: “Navigate to Card Renewals”
Log in to your IDMS account and click on “Card Renewals” from the navigation bar on the left.
Step 2: Select Cards to Renew
Select specific cards or all cards assigned to a digital card template
Step 3: Update the Expiration Date and Tap Renew Button
Select Update the expiration date and set a new expiration date. Select the new date, timezone, and then tap on “Renew” button.
