Step 1: Navigate to “My Profile”
Tap user profile at the top right corner and click on the “My Profile” link.
Step 2: Update Details and Tap the “Update Password” Button
Once you are on the “My Profile” page, tap on the “Update” button under the Update Password section.
An email to reset the password is sent to the official email address with the subject line ID123: Reset Password Platform.
All set! A success message will appear once your password has been updated.
