How to Add an Additional Email to your ID123 App Account

Additional email addresses can be added to your ID123 Digital ID Card App account to allow you to log in using multiple email addresses. To add another email to your App account, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Log in to the Digital ID Card App

Log in to your Digital ID Card App account and tap the ‘Settings’ icon.

Tap the ‘Settings’ icon.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘My Account’

Navigate to ‘My Account’ in the App settings.

Step 3: Select the ‘Email Address’ Option

Tap the drop-down arrow next to the Email Address.

Step 4: Add an Additional Email Address

Tap the plus sign to add an additional email, enter the desired email address, and tap the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5: Enter Verification Code

Enter the verification code received in your email, then tap the ‘Verify’ button. You will see a success message pop-up once the email is successfully added to your account.
