How to Change the Primary Email of your ID123 App Account

To change the primary email address of your ID123 Digital ID Card App account, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Log in to the Digital ID Card App

Log in to your Digital ID Card App account and tap the ‘Settings’ icon.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘My Account’

Navigate to ’My Account’ in the App settings.

Navigate to ’My Account’.

Step 3: Select the ‘Email Address’ Option

Tap the drop-down arrow next to the Email Address section, then tap on the email address you would like to change. Enter the new email address, and click the ‘Submit button.

Step 4: Enter Verification Code

Enter the verification code received in both your old email and the new email address entered, then tap the ‘Verify’ button. Once the email address has been successfully updated, you will receive a confirmation message.
