Easily upload multiple ID photos to your digital ID card template by submitting a ZIP file URL. This method streamlines the photo import process in the ID123 ID Management System (IDMS) and ensures fast and secure uploading of ID photos.
Important: Before uploading photos via a ZIP file URL, make sure you’ve already imported a CSV file that includes card data for the same template. The image file names in the CSV must match exactly with the photo names in the ZIP file, including their file extensions (e.g., .jpg, .png). Learn how to import card data via CSV.
Step 1: Go to the “Card Records” Section
Log in to your IDMS account. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on “Card Records”.

Step 2: Click on “Import ID Photos”
On the Card Records page, locate the template you want to work with. Click “Import ID Photos” under the Actions menu for that template.

Step 3: Enter the ZIP File URL and Submit
On the Import ID Photos page, scroll down to the section labeled “Provide a URL for the Zip file”.
- Paste the URL that links directly to your ZIP file containing the ID photos.
- Click the “Submit” button.
Once submitted, you’ll see a system processing message. Please refresh your page after a few moments to see the updated records and photo uploads.

Tips for a Successful Bulk Photo Upload
- Make sure the ZIP file is hosted on a reliable server with a publicly accessible link.
- Confirm that the filenames inside the ZIP file exactly match the image file names listed in your imported CSV file (including extensions like .jpeg, .jpg, .png).
- Avoid spaces or special characters in your file names.
